Eligibility:

1.1 The Frankenstein Creations Competition (“Competition”) is open to individuals of all ages.
1.2 Employees of Frankenstein Creations and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

Entry Period:

2.1 The Competition entry period for each competition will be specified on the respective competition page.
2.2 All entries must be received by the specified end time on the closing date of each competition.

How to Enter:

3.1 Participants can enter the Competition by following the instructions provided on the Frankenstein Creations website.
3.2 Entry methods may vary for each competition and will be clearly specified on the competition page.
3.3 Only one entry per person is allowed.

Submission Guidelines:

4.1 All entries must be original and created by the participant.
4.2 Entries must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
4.3 Frankenstein Creations reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Winner Selection:

5.1 The winner will be selected as outlined on the respective competition page.
5.2 The date and time of winner selection for each competition will be clearly specified.
5.3 The decision of the judges is final and binding.

Prizes:

6.1 The prize for each competition will be specified on the respective competition page.
6.2 Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Notification of Winners:

7.1 The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date.
7.2 If the winner does not respond within 3 days of the notification, another winner may be selected.

Publicity:

8.1 By entering the Competition, participants grant Frankenstein Creations the right to use their name and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Privacy:

9.1 Personal information collected during the Competition will be used for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties.

Disqualification:

10.1 Frankenstein Creations reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions.

Changes to the Competition:

11.1 Frankenstein Creations reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if any issues arise that compromise the fairness or integrity of the competition.
